Welcome!
I'm Natalie Dunbar, RYT 200. In my teaching, I focus on sharing the benefits of Hatha Yoga as a peaceful yet powerful way to reconnect mind, body and spirit.
In addition to helping to bring a sense of balance to those who are dealing with the stressors of day-to-day life, I am also quite passionate about sharing the benefits of engaging in a regular asana practice with those who have experienced trauma of any kind, using yoga as a vehicle on the road to healing.
I am certified in Accessible Yoga, Curvy Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga for All. I am also a proud Community Partner of the Yoga & Body Image Coalition.
I create an environment that is body positive and all-inclusive, and I welcome students of all ages, genders, sizes and abilities.

Virtual Private Sessions
Following are just a few examples of how I can tailor your virtual private yoga sessions to support your needs and goals. During your first session, we will take the time to walk through your intake form and develop a personal plan for your practice. Then, as sessions continue, we will reevaluate and recalibrate as needed.
Yoga for Beginners
Not sure if yoga is “for you?” Learn the foundations of yoga through breath work and asana in an encouraging, non-threatening and non-competitive environment. You’ll discover the best expression of yoga poses specific to your body, while creating a strong foundation for moving deeper into your practice.
Yoga for Health and Healing
Yoga has been found to complement traditional, western medicine as a healing modality for those with conditions including anxiety, depression, diabetes, insomnia, Parkinson's and more. We will work together to create a yoga practice that supports your health and wellness goals.
Yoga for Strength and Survival
There is a disconnect that happens as a result of exposure to anxiety, stress and trauma. Yoga is a powerful tool that can help you reconnect mind, body and spirit. We meet you on the mat wherever you are emotionally, and through breath work and asana practice, help you see what is possible.
Yoga for Couples
The impact of stress on our relationships is profound. Learn how breathing together through the “stuff” of life can help solidify your partnership, so when “life happens,” you’ll have the tools needed to join forces and breathe through it in solidarity and strength.

Yoga for Walkers and Runners
Pre- and post-run yoga for recreational walkers and runners, as well as those training for endurance events. Focus is on injury prevention, building flexibility and strength from the inside out, in a way that complements your existing training or workout routine.
